1. Application Process By submitting an application for a free website through Digital Branding Blocks ("DBB"), you acknowledge that this is not a service order, contract, or guarantee of service. Applications will be reviewed within 48 hours, and DBB will determine approval at its sole discretion. Acceptance is limited and based on availability, as only a certain number of projects are undertaken at any given time. This offer comes without any guarantee of acceptance.

2. Offer Details Approved applicants will receive a customized WordPress website with up to eight (8) pages. This offer excludes e-commerce websites and custom web applications. The estimated value of the website is $2,500.
The free website offer is non-transferable and has no cash value. The website design and development are provided 100% free of charge.

3. Required Hosting & Maintenance Plan To qualify for the free website offer, applicants must enroll in the DBB "Website Pro" hosting and maintenance plan, which is priced at $99.00 per month.

This plan includes:

Website hosting
Ongoing maintenance
Security updates
Regular backups
Up to 30 minutes of website updates per month (additional time billed at $95.00 per hour)

The "Website Pro" plan is a month-to-month service and can be canceled at any time with a 45-day notice period.

4. Website Ownership Terms For the first twelve (12) months, the website remains the property of Digital Branding Blocks. After the initial 12-month period, ownership of the website is fully transferred to the client, provided the "Website Pro" hosting plan remains active.

If you choose to cancel the "Website Pro" plan before the 12-month term is completed and wish to transfer the website to another hosting provider, you may do so by paying the remaining balance of the 12-month term. Upon receipt of the full remaining balance, website ownership will be transferred to you.

5. Acknowledgment By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this free website offer. This acknowledgment does not constitute a service order, nor does it obligate you to work with DBB in any capacity.
